At Unfold CDMX, we want you to experience the best of Mexico City with complete peace of mind.

Full refund — cancel up to 48 hours before

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time and receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No refund — cancel within 48 hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience are non-refundable. We commit to local partners and suppliers in advance and cannot recover those costs on short notice.

Rescheduling

Need to change your date? Contact us at least 48 hours before your experience and we'll find an alternative at no extra charge. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability.

No-shows

Non-refundable.

If we cancel

If Unfold CDMX cancels due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

World Cup match conflicts

If your experience date conflicts with an unexpected FIFA rescheduling, contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
